At this time we do not require a deposit, but due to limited availability we ask that you support your local small business by showing up on time. If you are unable to make it, please let us know 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

The reservation is only open one month in advance. If you try to book with an artist and no appointment is available, the artist is sold out. Please check later for cancellations and updated available appointments.

Once the reservation is made, depending on the service chosen, you will receive informative and reminder text messages and emails. In some cases, we ask for your medical history or treatment preferences in order to confirm the appointment and arrange the appropriate service. Please check your spam folder as well so you don't miss them.
